Non-Surgical Joint Injections
Regenerative and joint care is for adults with ongoing joint, tendon or soft-tissue pain who want to explore non-surgical options. It starts with an evaluation of the likely cause, then a talk about which treatments, if any, may fit.

Overview
Regenerative and joint care is often considered when knee, shoulder, hip, elbow or back pain has lingered despite rest, home care or physical therapy. It may also suit active adults dealing with overuse or sports strain, and people who want to understand their options before seeking a surgical opinion. Regenerative treatments aim to support the body’s own healing response. They do not rebuild a worn joint, and they are not the answer for every cause of pain.
At Evolve, care starts with a consultation about your symptoms, health history and goals, along with an exam of the painful area. Your provider may recommend imaging or labs when needed. If a treatment fits, you get a personalized plan, which may pair an injection with physical therapy, activity changes or other care. Follow-up visits track how you are doing so the plan can be adjusted, and if another kind of care makes more sense, your provider can say so and may suggest a referral.
Choosing between treatments starts with the cause of your pain, not the name of a therapy. PRP and A2M are prepared from your own blood. Knee and shoulder visits begin with an evaluation, and Active XT is a wellness and recovery plan. Your provider explains what is known and what is not for each option you discuss.
PRP Treatment
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment is a cutting-edge medical procedure that utilizes the body’s own platelets to accelerate healing and rejuvenation.
At Evolve Medical Group, we offer PRP treatments to enhance beauty and wellbeing, leveraging the body’s natural healing abilities for optimal results.
A2M Treatment
Alpha-2-Macroglobulin (A2M) treatment is a cutting-edge therapeutic approach designed to target and manage joint pain and inflammation. A2M is a naturally occurring protein found in the blood that acts as a powerful inhibitor of cartilage breakdown.
This treatment harnesses the body’s own healing mechanisms by concentrating A2M from the patient’s blood and injecting it directly into the affected joint.
The primary goal is to reduce inflammation, halt cartilage degradation, and promote joint health.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Your provider will answer anything else at your consultation.
How much do regenerative treatments cost?
Cost depends on the treatment and the plan your provider recommends after your evaluation. Different options involve different preparation, so there is no single figure. You can ask for pricing at your consultation and talk it through before deciding whether to go ahead with any treatment.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
You do not need to choose before you come in. Your provider starts with the likely cause of your pain, using your history, an exam, and imaging or labs if needed. From there, they explain which options may fit, how the evidence compares, and whether physical therapy or other care should come first.
How strong is the evidence for these treatments?
It varies by treatment and by condition. PRP has been studied more than A2M for some joint and tendon problems, though results differ between studies and between people. Research on A2M in people is still limited. Your provider explains what is known and what is not for your situation.
Can regenerative care replace surgery?
Not as a rule. Some people explore injections before considering surgery, and some are not ready for an operation. These treatments aim to support the body’s own healing response, but they do not rebuild a worn or badly torn joint. If your evaluation suggests a surgical opinion makes sense, your provider can tell you and discuss a referral.
When should I seek urgent care instead?
Seek urgent medical care if a joint is hot, red and swollen with a fever, if you cannot bear weight or move a joint after an injury, or if a limb looks deformed. Back pain with new leg weakness, numbness in the groin area, or loss of bladder or bowel control also needs urgent care, as does shoulder or arm pain with chest pressure or shortness of breath.
